Fritliggende villa i Callosa d'en Sarria, Costa Blanca

. Magnificent 4 bedroom villa in the hills of Callosa d'en Sarria

Great location in an oasis of tranquillity with panoramic views over the hills and even sea views!

This great house with a living area of approx. 320 m² was built under Dutch direction in 2012,2013 on a plot of 10.003 m². It is located in a rural area at approx. 4 km. from Callosa amidst orange, olive and medlar plantations.

On the ground floor the house consists of an "official" entrance with spacious hall and guest toilet. The large living room access to a large, covered and open terrace and pool from where the view is overwhelming. The kitchen with utility room is large and fully equipped. Furthermore, on this floor the "master bedroom" with bathroom en-suite and walk-in closet, access to the large terrace.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, each with its own terrace, and a second bathroom.

The house has terraces all around, so always a shady spot, and next to the pool a large outdoor kitchen, annex bar, which can be closed in the cooler winter months, so it can be used all year round.

In short, a very interesting option for the more demanding enthusiasts!
