Fritliggende villa i Benahavís, Costa del Sol

Elevated above the Marbella coastline in the exclusive gated enclave of El Herrojo, Benahavís, this exceptional contemporary residence defines modern Mediterranean living. Designed with sculptural precision, it combines natural stone, warm timber, and bold architectural lines to create a home that is both timeless and inspiring. Set on a 1,740 m² plot, the property offers 1,444 m² built and 408 m² of terraces, arranged across three levels and oriented to the south-east to maximise natural light and panoramic views. Inside, open and fluid spaces balance sophistication with comfort, drawing the surrounding landscape into every room through expansive floor-to-ceiling glass. Architecture & Interior Design The natural stone façade and dramatic entrance set the tone for the refined interior. The main level welcomes with a luminous foyer leading into a spacious living area, where a sleek fireplace subtly separates the lounge and dining zones. A fully equipped designer kitchen connects seamlessly to the outdoor terrace, complete with an al fresco kitchen and generous dining area designed for entertaining and relaxation. Two elegant guest suites complete this level, with near-frameless glazing that blurs the line between interior and exterior spaces. The upper floor features three tranquil bedroom suites, including an impressive 70 m² primary suite with a private terrace, custom dressing area, spa-inspired bathroom, and jacuzzi overlooking the sea — a perfect retreat for both sunrise and starlit evenings. Leisure & Lifestyle Spaces The lower level, encompassing nearly 800 m², is dedicated to wellness and leisure. Naturally lit through floor-to-ceiling windows, it includes a cinema room, professional gym, playroom, spa with indoor pool and jacuzzi, and a private office. Three additional en-suite bedrooms — one with independent access and kitchenette — offer flexibility for guests or staff. A secure garage for eight cars with double EV charging completes the space. Outdoor Living Beautifully landscaped gardens surround an infinity saline pool, sun terraces in natural stone, and multiple areas for lounging and dining. The materials — limestone, iroko wood, and Travertino stone — create a seamless connection between architecture and nature, adding warmth and texture to the modern design.
