Fritliggende villa i Elviria, Costa del Sol

Unique villa set in breathtaking scenery.

Discover an exceptional villa in the sought-after residential enclave of La Mairena, thoughtfully created by its owners to be both highly functional and beautifully connected to its natural surroundings. Every level of the home has been planned to maximise the sweeping sea views, the greenery of the hillsides and the sense of openness that defines this unique location.

From the moment you step inside, the house immediately frames the Mediterranean panorama. The entrance level features a spacious lounge area and several bedrooms, all oriented toward the sea and the landscape. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and generously sized doors open wide to welcome natural light and the refreshing coastal breeze, creating a continuous sense of openness throughout the space.

The middle level forms the main living area of the home, where an elegant open-plan kitchen with a pantry flows into the dining and lounge spaces. This entire level connects directly to an expansive terrace designed for outdoor living and dining. Here, the boundary between interior and exterior almost disappears, allowing you to enjoy uninterrupted sea and mountain views at any time of day.

The lower level offers exceptional versatility, with three additional bedrooms (one currently used as an office), a generous TV and lounge area, a fully equipped gym and a sauna. This level opens onto a covered terrace, currently used as a games area, with the flexibility to adapt it to different needs. From here, the path leads directly to the swimming pool, once again situated to take full advantage of the beautiful coastal outlook.

Quality features include underfloor heating for year-round comfort, electric shutters for added convenience, and ensuite bathrooms in 5 bedrooms. The three-level layout offers a practical and well-organised living experience, with each floor serving a distinct purpose while always maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
