Lejlighed på mellemetage i Playa de los Locos, Costa Blanca

We presents this spectacular beachfront apartment in Torrevieja, with incredible unobstructed sea views.

The apartment comprises four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large, sunny terrace with sea views, and an interior terrace overlooking the communal pool. Oil heating and air conditioning units ensure a comfortable temperature at all times.

The apartment is easily divisible into two separate apartments, as it was originally three apartments that have been converted into one very large flat. It has two separate kitchens and large built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms.

The apartment includes two enclosed parking spaces and two storage rooms for an additional €35,000! The street in front of the building is slated to become pedestrianized in the future.
