Designed to maximize comfort, privacy, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, the property will feature 807.18 m² of total built area distributed across three levels. The main living accommodation comprises 505.94 m² above ground, including a spacious ground floor of 184.27 m², a first floor of 146.67 m², elegant covered porches totaling 78.00 m², and 24.88 m² of first-floor terraces. The lower level provides an additional 301.24 m², including a 204.25 m² basement and a 96.99 m² garage.

A spectacular 116.72 m² infinity pool will serve as the centrepiece of the outdoor living areas, perfectly positioned to capture the panoramic Mediterranean views and provide an exceptional environment for relaxation and entertaining.

The building licence application was submitted to Manilva Town Hall on 29 September 2025 following completion of the architectural basic project. A favourable technical report has already been issued, and the project is currently awaiting the formal building licence. Construction is expected to commence in July 2026, with the main structure anticipated to be completed by October–November 2026 and full completion of the villa estimated for the second quarter of 2027.

This is a rare opportunity to secure the flagship villa of the development, combining the finest plot position, unrivalled sea views, contemporary architecture, and exceptional build quality in a truly outstanding Mediterranean setting.
