Fritliggende villa i Alhaurín de la Torre, Costa del Sol

Four-bedroom detached villa with one-bedroom guest annex, pool and active tourism license — Pinos de Alhaurín, Alhaurín de la Torre

Single-storey villa of 117 m² with an additional 30 m² annex, set on a private south-facing plot of 1,073 m² in Pinos de Alhaurín — the established residential pocket above Alhaurín de la Torre, where plots are generous and the coast is a short drive away.

Built in 2000 and kept in good order throughout. The living space runs entirely on one level: an open sitting and dining room — with terracotta floors, a stone feature wall and a wood-burning stove — connected to a separate enclosed kitchen. From both the living room and the kitchen there is direct access to the extensive garden and pool area. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom; the other three bedrooms share a second bathroom. Air conditioning throughout, individual electric heating, and the stove for the short Andalusian winter.

Outside, the barbecue and dining area is fully covered, so it can be used all through the day and right across the year — an outdoor space you actually live in, not just look at.

Topping the main house is an extensive rooftop terrace with panoramic views over Málaga and the surrounding hills — the best seat on the property for sunrise, sunset and everything in between.

The property is made up of three structures on the same plot:

The 117 m² main house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms (master en-suite; the other three bedrooms sharing a second bathroom), plus the rooftop terrace. A separate 30 m² annex with one bedroom and one bathroom, currently let to a long-term tenant. The rental contract can be continued for immediate income or cancelled at completion — whichever suits the new owner. A pool house on the terrace — a genuinely multifunctional space, equally suited to storage or fitted out as a poolside bar.

The stand-out feature: the property holds an active tourism license (VFT) and can be legally let as holiday accommodation from the day you take the keys — a meaningful advantage now that new licenses across Andalusia are increasingly restricted and existing ones are protected under the current regulations.

Whether you're looking for a high-yield holiday rental, a family home twenty minutes from both Málaga city and the airport, or a Costa del Sol base you can rent out between your own stays — this property covers all three angles, and the guest annex adds a second income stream on top.
