Finca in Casares, Costa del Sol

LUXURY ANDALUSIAN COUNTRY VILLA (CORTIJO) ON 37,500 M² NEXT TO FINCA CORTESÍN

*Sea and Mountain Views | Detached Villa + Guest House | South-Facing*

This property is for those seeking to live in an Andalusian-style home, full of charm and elegance, in a natural setting of complete peace and tranquility, with its own 37,500 m² plot. The location is unbeatable, directly east of the renowned Finca Cortesín and south of Alcazaba Lagoon. Being on elevated ground, it enjoys spectacular panoramic views of the sea, the Sierra Bermeja mountains, Estepona Golf and Finca Cortesín.

The main house is built to the highest quality standards: ceilings over 3.5 metres high, oak beams, tall interior wooden doors, double-glazed wooden windows and an armoured wooden front door, among other features.

The main entrance opens onto the spacious living and dining room with fireplace, decorated with classic mahogany furniture that gives it an elegant, welcoming feel. The kitchen, designed with great taste in a classic style (coloured tiles, antique handles, marble countertop...), is fully equipped and connects to the covered outdoor porch, with a dining area, barbecue area and wood-fired oven. The outdoor terrace includes the swimming pool and a children's play area, as well as covered parking for three cars.

There is a master bedroom with dressing room and its own en-suite bathroom, as well as two further double guest bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower and window.

There is also a guest house, which can be used as a second home, rented out to staff, and so on.

The 37,500 m² plot is currently classified as agricultural land, which makes this an attractive investment: it can be enjoyed as a home now, with the potential to unlock its value further down the line should it become eligible for development.
