Etagenwohnung in Mijas Golf, Costa del Sol

This beautifully presented, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1st floor apartment has the most wonderful front line golf views from its super south facing terrace. The gated residential community has the benefit of 3 large and very well maintained communal pool and garden areas, and all residents have their own numbered garage and storage space. This particular property is lovely and quiet, and enjoys a second terrace for late evening sun. The current owners purchased the property from the developer, and have kept it in show home condition ever since. With local amenities like cafes, bars and supermarkets, a local bus route, not to mention the golf all on your door step, this is a real gem of a property!
