Freistehende Villa in La Mairena, Costa del Sol

Nestled in the prestigious hills of La Mairena, this striking detached villa presents an extraordinary blank canvas opportunity for buyers, investors, or developers looking to create a high-end luxury estate on the Costa del Sol.

Occupying a massive, elevated plot of 3,415 m², the property provides exceptional privacy, peace, and breathtaking panoramic mountain views. Spanning a generous 485 m² build, the villa features a robust existing structure, solid foundations, and an expansive architectural footprint designed for 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and grand open-plan living areas.

The property is currently presented in a shell state stripped back to its structural core with no fitted kitchen, bathrooms, or windows installed. While a full-scale interior and exterior fit-out is required, the underlying framework allows you to bypass the long, complex process of initial earthworks and heavy construction.

Outdoors, the expansive grounds already include a private pool and established garden elements, offering a fantastic base to landscape into a luxurious outdoor sanctuary. Situated within a secure gated complex, the property also accommodates private garage parking.

Set against the tranquil backdrop of La Mairena’s pine forests, this residence balances serene natural living with superb convenience, located just minutes from top golf courses, international schools, and the beaches of Marbella and Elviria. With its raw potential, massive plot size, and spectacular views, this project is ready to be transformed into a landmark estate.
