Etagenwohnung in Casares, Costa del Sol

Immaculate, never rented and in an exceptional condition – a unique opportunity. Located in the prestigious "Majestic Gardens development" in Casares Costa, just moments from the renowned Finca Cortesin, this elegant two-bedroom apartment offers a combination of space, privacy, comfort and exceptional surroundings, and views across the valley to a golf course.

One of the property's most important features is that it has never been rented out. It has been privately owned and exceptionally well cared for from day one. The apartment is presented in pristine condition. It offers the opportunity to acquire a property that has been preserved as a private residence rather than being exposed to holiday rental use.

The apartment enjoys a south-west-facing orientation, providing natural light throughout the day, together with open views, beautifully maintained communal gardens and swimming pool.

With approximately 140 m² of interior living space, the property offers a generous and well-balanced layout comprising two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, a bright living and dining area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen with Bosch appliances, guest facilities and a separate storage room.

The interior is finished with quality materials, including marble flooring, double glass windows, fitted wardrobes and a fireplace. Large openings connect the interior with the generous 47 m² private terrace, creating an ideal setting for outdoor dining, relaxing or simply enjoying the surroundings.

Further features include: air conditioning, wall mounted electric towel radiators, fibre-optic internet, as well as fully furnished interiors. A fully functioning alarm system with internal cameras and connected to a centrally monitored hub.

The property is situated within a gated community with controlled entrance, beautifully landscaped communal gardens and a communal swimming pool. A private underground parking (12m2), private large storage room (17m2) and additional parking space on site for visitors, providing excellent convenience for both permanent living and extended stays.
