Etagenwohnung in La Quinta, Costa del Sol

Set within an established residential community in La Quinta, Benahavís, this beautifully refurbished three-bedroom apartment combines contemporary interiors with a peaceful setting and open views towards the mountains and Mediterranean Sea. Its south-east orientation brings plenty of natural light throughout the day, while the generous terrace provides a comfortable extension of the living space.

The development is surrounded by landscaped communal gardens and features an inviting swimming pool, creating a relaxed environment away from the busier coastal areas. At the same time, the location offers convenient access to the wider Costa del Sol. The amenities of Monte Halcones are close by, with restaurants, cafés and a supermarket providing everyday convenience, while Puerto Banús and the Marbella coastline are less than 7 minutes by car.

Inside, the apartment has been thoughtfully redesigned around a contemporary open-plan layout. The fully fitted kitchen connects naturally with the living and dining area, creating a spacious setting for both everyday life and entertaining. The interiors have a clean, modern feel, with well-considered finishes and a layout that makes good use of the available space.

Three well-proportioned bedrooms and two modern bathrooms provide a practical arrangement for family living, visiting guests or those looking for a property on the Costa del Sol with additional space for flexible use. The master bedroom benefits from direct access to the terrace, as does the main living area, strengthening the connection between the interior and exterior.

The terrace is one of the property's defining features. With panoramic views extending across the surrounding mountains towards the Mediterranean Sea, it offers an inviting place for morning coffee, relaxed lunches or evening dining outdoors. The south-east orientation also makes this a naturally sun-drenched space, while the elevated position gives the apartment a sense of openness and privacy.

For those drawn to the Mediterranean lifestyle, the setting offers a convenient balance of tranquillity and accessibility. La Quinta is well known for its golf, with La Quinta Golf & Country Club nearby, while Marbella, Puerto Banús and the coast provide a wider selection of dining, shopping, beaches and leisure facilities. The surrounding Benahavís area is also valued for its natural landscape and village atmosphere.

Combining elegant interiors, generous outdoor space, sea views and access to established amenities, this luxury property offers a comfortable base from which to enjoy the lifestyle of the Costa del Sol.
