A Bright Two-Bedroom Apartment in La Dama de Noche, with a Terrace over the Gardens

A light apartment of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with marble floors and a wide terrace looking onto the gardens and the pool. South-west facing, on the third floor, with a lift.

One hundred and twenty square metres built, ninety-five useful. Fitted wardrobes. Air conditioning. A garage space included. Exterior access adapted for reduced mobility. Built in 2004, in a complex that has settled into itself. La Dama de Noche is the sort of urbanisation people choose when they want Puerto Banús close and the street quiet. Five minutes to the beach and to the port, ten to Marbella. Two large pools, padel courts, a restaurant-café and 24-hour security. You come home, the gardens are already there, and the car is downstairs.

Viewing highly recommended.
