Finca/Maatila, Casarabonela, Costa del Sol

Unique opportunity to create your own holiday park! Just 35 km from Málaga Airport and 5 km from the picturesque village of Casarabonela, this unique complex consists of four separate buildings. There is a 91m² main house and three additional buildings, ideal for rental as holiday apartments.

One of these three additional buildings has already been completed and is ready for rental. The other two still need a bathroom and possibly a kitchenette/kitchen installed. The property is located in a natural setting with stunning views and borders a small river. An unpaved road winds from the main road across the 15,000m² plot to a spacious parking area.

Behind the first guest accommodation is a 25m² swimming pool and a technical room housing the inverter for the solar panels and the accompanying batteries. The current owners have chosen not to connect to the electricity grid, although this option is available for the new owner if desired. The property has an AFO certificate, which also allows for an application to connect to the electricity grid.

The main house has been fully renovated and features a covered veranda across the entire front. Next to the house, there is an underground water storage tank. The property is connected to municipal water and also has access to irrigation water. Surrounding the four buildings are various fruit trees.

A paved road leads to the three holiday homes, each of which has its own private terrace and breathtaking views.
