UNDER CONSTRUCTION Construction Started: Q1 2025 End of Construction: Estimated Q2 2027

This project is a complex of 21 luxurious residences in Marbella, embracing the natural surroundings and creating an ecosystem of peace and harmony. A boutique development offering the perfect symbiosis between architecture and nature—ideal for those looking to disconnect in order to reconnect.

The project is located in Elviria, an exclusive residential area in Marbella known for its luxurious villas and townhouses surrounded by a pleasant natural setting. This peripheral extension of Marbella offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and key services.

Elviria is home to some of Marbella’s best beaches, featuring a wide selection of beach bars, beach clubs, and water-based leisure activities. Renowned golf courses such as Cabopino, Santa María, Santa Clara, and Río Real are just a short distance away.

In Elviria, the tropical gardens surrounding most residential complexes serve as a natural buffer from the outside world, making it a perfect residential area for relaxation and tranquility.

In the outdoor areas of this project, the Mediterranean garden, peace, and serenity bloom in every corner, infusing each home with soul and enhancing comfort and efficiency.

The project features illuminated pathways, green walls with native flora, and a bridge that connects to a multifunctional wellness hub—promoting a healthy and relaxed lifestyle in harmony with nature.

This Wellness Hub includes a dry sauna to relieve stress, a hammam to purify the senses, a fully equipped gym, and an outdoor area designed for open-air fitness.
