THE HOME YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED

Our new residential development is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for—set in a peaceful, vibrant, and sunlit environment. With only 9 homes and communal areas including a pool, this development is perfect for those seeking space, natural light, and a comfortable lifestyle in a relaxed setting.

Rafal is one of those towns where you can truly feel warmth, safety, and quality of life. This new development is located in the newest area, next to the municipal sports center, with green spaces, local services, and excellent access—offering a peaceful, sunny, and well-connected environment.

It has excellent links to cities like Alicante, Murcia, and Elche via the motorway, as well as to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. A location that combines the comfort of modern living with everything you need to enjoy each day to the fullest.

Each home offers more than 120 m² of living space, a private semi-basement with vehicle access of over 70 m², an interior patio, a spacious porch, a balcony, and a solarium.

These homes are designed to meet today’s needs: space, comfort, and privacy, without sacrificing style or surroundings. Every detail invites you to enjoy the everyday: a sunny lunch on the porch, a refreshing dip in the pool, a barbecue with friends, or a quiet night under the stars. This isn’t just a place to sleep, it’s the place you’ll want to stay, the place you’ll want to share.

Originally conceived in another time, these 9 homes have been brought back to life. Built with care, quality, and top finishes, they respect their original character while being fully adapted to today’s lifestyle. A welcoming and exclusive development, with a peaceful communal pool and shared spaces enjoyed by just 9 neighbors.

If you’re looking for a spacious home where light, comfort, and freedom prevail, this development isn’t just an option. It’s your best choice in the Vega Baja.
