Some houses look good in photographs. This is one of those properties you genuinely need to visit to appreciate its true value.

Presented in showroom condition, with every room meticulously styled, this villa in Big Blue stands out from the moment you step inside: genuine sense of space, natural light across all floors, and a layout that perfectly separates the private quarters from the communal living areas.

The entrance floor welcomes you with an elegant hallway leading directly to a complete bedroom suite with a private bathroom, dressing room, and balcony. The dressing room offers southwest-facing sea views — an opening statement that speaks volumes.

The middle floor forms the heart of the home. A modern kitchen featuring an island opens onto the living area, dining space, and a lounge enclosed by glass walls that flood the entire space with light, alongside a well-planned storage area. There are three exits: two leading to the terrace with sea views, and a third providing direct access to the pool area. This floor also hosts a further en-suite bedroom and a guest toilet. The orientation and glass walls ensure this level transforms beautifully with the daylight — and always impresses.

The lower ground floor delivers a superb surprise. Three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes all open onto an internal courtyard that ensures excellent ventilation and natural light. One of these features an en-suite bathroom. This floor is completed by a full family bathroom, a TV room, and a large storeroom. It is a space that functions equally well for family living or hosting guests.

The outdoor area is where this property truly sets itself apart from the rest. Big Blue features very few homes with a private pool. This villa not only boasts one — it also offers the largest surrounding patio space in the development. A shaded barbecue area, space for sun loungers, and a chill-out terrace with outdoor seating overlooking the sea provide exactly what one envisions when dreaming of summer on the Costa del Sol.

The entire property includes a pre-installed shaft ready for a lift installation without the need for major structural works.
