Finca/Maatila, Coín, Costa del Sol

Charming country estate featuring a traditional two-bedroom finca, a separate two-bedroom guest house and a Mongolian yurt, all set on a flat plot with stunning open panoramic views, just 8 minutes from the popular town of Coín.

This unique property offers an exceptional opportunity for those seeking a peaceful rural lifestyle, multi-family accommodation, or the perfect setting for a yoga, wellness or retreat business.

The main finca boasts spacious covered terraces, an open-plan lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting living space. Patio doors provide direct access to the covered terrace, swimming pool and outdoor entertaining areas. The accommodation includes two double bedrooms, a family bathroom and air conditioning throughout. A driveway leads to an additional covered terrace complete with a summer kitchen, ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The independent guest house (casita) provides comfortable accommodation for family, friends or guests and comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, fitted kitchen and a cosy lounge with direct access to its own private terrace.

The beautifully landscaped gardens are home to a traditional Mongolian yurt and an abundance of mature fruit trees, including pomegranate, lemon, orange, olive, pear, mulberry, quince and lime trees, together with grapevines and a flourishing herb garden.

The property benefits from agricultural water supply from approximately March through October at a nominal annual cost of around €30. In addition, there is an impressive 80,000-litre water deposit, which, together with the rainwater harvesting system, provides a sustainable and eco-friendly water solution throughout much of the year.

Surrounded by breath taking countryside, the property enjoys a tranquil setting with a genuine Andalusian feel, offering peace, privacy and spectacular views in every direction.

Despite its idyllic location, the finca is conveniently situated just 8 minutes from Coín and approximately 15 minutes from the neighbouring villages of Alhaurín El Grande and Monda. The beaches of the Costa del Sol, Málaga Airport and a wide range of amenities are all within a comfortable 30-minute drive.
