Omakotitalo, Ronda, Costa del Sol

Living in the Old Town of Ronda, Malaga, in a villa of more than 500 m2, can be a dream. Even more if it has the perfect location in height and views of the environment, together with a warm and cozy house, with excellent qualities.

In the upper part of the San Francisco neighborhood, this fabulous house has the same distance from the city of Ronda as the exit to the countryside, allowing, within a few minutes, to have all the necessary services on hand or to disconnect by walking in areas open to nature.

Located in a very quiet street, with few neighbors, it has easy access for loading and unloading, besides having its own spacious garage, comfortable entrance and extra space for storage of objects (tools, second-hand tools...).

The garden is located high up on the street, which allows some privacy to enjoy the pool and good views of the city of Ronda.   It has a porch with outdoor table and chairs and a large lawn, from which you access the sauna, a very exclusive detail that few properties in the area have and that will allow you to enjoy.

Once inside, the kitchen, very functional and made of wood, has a central island that opens fully to the dining room, allowing you to fully enjoy your meals with your family or with friends and guests.

The living room, of great amplitude, opens onto the garden and is where the views are recreated. Divided into two spaces, one with a table and chairs, and another with a sofa to enjoy in front of the fireplace. The ground floor has, in addition to these rooms, another room, which currently works as laundry and ironing area, but that the future owner can adapt to their needs.

The upper floor, has two bedrooms, one of them, en suite, with a modern fully equipped bathroom.

Both have access to a terrace, have beautiful views of the area and receive lots of light.

And climbing on top of the house, there is a roof terrace with views of the natural environment: the Sierra de las Nieves and the characteristic roofs of the neighborhood.

Another very important feature, which makes this property different and of a very high level is that, next to the main house, in the semi-basement floor it has a totally independent apartment, with three large rooms (one currently used as a living room) and two bathrooms, where you can host friends or family when they come to visit.

Even use this space as accommodation to rent, since it does not lose any quality with respect to the rest of the construction.
