Pohjakerroksen huoneisto, Cabopino, Costa del Sol

This exceptional property with an existing rental license is located just a 9 minutes walk to the best beaches in East Marbella and the famous Cabopino Port. Video Available! The larger than average apartment has been tastefully refurbished to a very high standard and feels like a brand new property. The owners have also cleverly incorporated a third bedroom seamlessly into the property while placing a modern open plan kitchen into the living area. The property enjoys valuable sea views from the living area, the terrace that need to be seen to be appreciate properly. What we also like about this property is that it is very bright elevated ground floor property on the sunny southwest corner of the building. The complex itself is gated, with enclosed community gardens and a nice sized pool. The apartment has a useful private garage space included in the price. Cabopino is located along the coast in East Marbella and is around a 15 minutes drive to Fuengirola and a 10 minutes drive into the center of Marbella. The complex is nestled between the golf course and the beaches and port. We strongly recommend a viewing and are available 7 days a week.
