Kaksikerroksinen kattohuoneisto, La Carihuela, Costa del Sol

Exceptionally spacious 4-bedroom duplex penthouse in La Carihuela (Torremolinos), just 100 metres from the beach.

This penthouse is located in a small oasis of peace and quiet in the middle of the lively La Carihuela, one of the nicest and most authentic neighbourhoods of Torremolinos. We don't often see properties come onto the market in the lower part of La Carihuela, and certainly not with such large rooms and a gigantic rooftop terrace. This makes it a unique find. The property is in excellent condition and was built around the turn of the century.

The penthouse is spread over 2 floors. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room and a semi-open kitchen. From the living room, you also have access to 2 terraces. The living room has a high ceiling with a mezzanine level overlooking the living room.

Three of the 4 bedrooms are also located on the first floor. The master bedroom (approx. 18 m²) has a walk-in wardrobe and its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. This bedroom also has its own 4.5 m² terrace. From this terrace, you look out over the beautifully landscaped courtyard. There are also two large bedrooms on the first floor, both approx. 14 m², both with built-in wardrobes. There is also a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms also have roller shutters.

From the living room, a fixed staircase leads to the landing. Additional built-in wardrobes have been installed here, providing extra storage space. On the second floor, you will find the 4th bedroom and the laundry room.

The rest of the second floor consists of a gigantic 70 m² solarium/rooftop terrace, with views over the Mediterranean Sea, the town and the mountains. A seating area has been created on this rooftop terrace with a lounge sofa, dining table and retractable sunshade. There is also a small storage room on the rooftop terrace.

The community where the penthouse is located does not allow tourist rentals and has never allowed them. Your new neighbours therefore all use their apartments as permanent homes or as their own holiday homes. This means you can enjoy a peaceful and carefree holiday, while being just a stone's throw from all the activity La Carihuela has to offer. Within walking distance you will find not only the sea, but also large supermarkets, the train station and the marina of Benalmádena.

The property comes with 2 parking spaces, as well as a very spacious storage room in the basement of the building. There is a large communal swimming pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. The building also has a lift.
