Pohjakerroksen huoneisto, Doña Julia, Costa del Sol

Augusta is ideally situated within Doña Julia Golf, on the Casares Costa, offering a peaceful setting close to the coast while still being within easy reach of the area’s main amenities. The development is surrounded by golf and open countryside, with the Mediterranean coastline just a short drive away.

The nearby Casares Costa has a growing selection of restaurants, beach bars and everyday amenities, while Sabinillas and Puerto de La Duquesa are around 10 minutes away by car, providing supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a marina and a lively atmosphere throughout the year. Estepona can be reached in approximately 15 minutes, while Sotogrande is around 15–20 minutes in the opposite direction.

With several golf courses close by and easy access to the A-7, Augusta is also well placed for exploring the wider Costa del Sol, with Gibraltar around 25 minutes away and Málaga Airport approximately 1 hour by car. The apartment is entered into a welcoming hallway, with the fully fitted kitchen positioned immediately to the right. The kitchen also benefits from a separate utility/laundry room, providing useful additional storage and workspace.

Straight ahead, the hallway opens into the bright open-plan living and dining area, creating a comfortable central space for everyday living and entertaining. Large doors lead directly from the living area onto the terrace, with steps down to the private garden, giving the main living space a natural connection to the outdoors.

To the left of the entrance, you will find the second bedroom together with the family bathroom. Continuing along the hallway is the master bedroom, which benefits from its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace through large glass doors. This gives the master bedroom a particularly pleasant outlook and provides easy access to the outdoor space. The property benefits from a large terrace extending from the living area and master bedroom, with lovely views across the surrounding countryside towards the Mediterranean Sea. There is plenty of space for outdoor seating and enjoying the open outlook, while steps lead down from the terrace to a private garden.

The garden gives the apartment an additional outdoor area and a pleasant connection with the landscaped surroundings of the development, making this a particularly attractive feature for a ground floor property.
