Pohjakerroksen huoneisto, El Paraiso, Costa del Sol

Positioned on a quiet cul-de-sac that runs frontline to El Paraíso Golf, within the gated community of Pueblo Cortes del Golf, this ground-floor corner duplex apartment has been comprehensively renovated to a standard seldom seen in El Paraíso. With its own off-road parking, a 30 m² terrace and only a single detached villa between it and the fairways, it has the feel of a small private villa rather than an apartment.

It is also the only property of its kind in the community. The former garage has been converted into a third bedroom with en-suite shower room, extending the interior to 133 m² and creating a three-bedroom, three-bathroom layout that no neighbouring home can offer. A storage area remains behind the electrically operated roller door, and off-road parking has been retained, with additional parking available within the gates.

The principal living level is open-plan and filled with natural light. A walnut-toned kitchen with island, marble-effect porcelain worktops and integrated appliances opens onto the dining and sitting areas, which lead in turn through full-height glazing to the terrace, with its fitted outdoor kitchen, built-in barbecue, bar seating and dining area for eight.

The renovation extends well beyond the finishes. All windows and doors have been replaced, and the property has been fully rewired and replumbed, with new drainage connected to the mains sewer and new air conditioning. The specification is consistent in every room: coffered ceilings with concealed lighting, 120 cm large-format floor tiles, fitted wardrobes with integrated lighting, and bathrooms with walk-in showers, backlit mirrors and brushed-copper fittings.

El Paraíso is among the most established residential addresses on the New Golden Mile, with the beach, San Pedro de Alcántara and Puerto Banús a short drive away. Presented in turnkey condition, the property would serve equally well as a permanent home, a lock-up-and-leave residence or a rental investment.
