Kattohuoneisto, Punta Prima, Costa Blanca

Fully renovated penthouse in El Rincón, a gated community in Punta Prima. It has its own private entrance and faces south-east, so the light comes in first thing and stays all day.

Inside: around 77 m² built with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and central air conditioning. Sold furnished.

The living room opens onto a generous balcony looking straight down at the communal pool, surrounded by palm trees and gardens.

But the real selling point is upstairs: a 57 m² private rooftop solarium with barbecue, awning and sea views. Dinners outside, naps in the sun, sunsets with a cold drink in hand. Whatever you're in the mood for.

The complex is gated and well kept. A private parking space is included, so no more circling the block. Right outside the community you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of services.

Running costs that won't scare you: community fees €68.99/month and IBI (property tax) €130/year. Energy rating: E.
