It is 144 m² and has a total of 52 m² of terraces split into two areas: the front terrace has open sea views, while the rear terrace looks straight onto the mountains and is fully covered, making it usable year-round. Part of the front terrace is also covered.

Inside, the apartment has a bright living room with a gas fireplace, a fully fitted and newly renovated kitchen from August 2024, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and underfloor heating in both bathrooms. It’s on the first floor of a well-maintained building from 2001 with a lift. The property comes fully furnished and includes an underground parking space. The community offers a shared pool with lovely mountain views.

La Mairena is known for its peaceful setting surrounded by nature, slightly above Elviria, giving you cleaner air, privacy and impressive views, while still being a short drive from the coast, services, schools and beaches. It’s a great option if you want more space and tranquillity without feeling far away from everything.
