Set on approximately 4,400 m² of land, it offers around 700 m² of interior space with breathtaking views across the mountains and Mediterranean.

The ground floor opens into a spacious entrance hall leading through to a huge separate dining room and an impressive open-plan kitchen. On the other side of the hall, a generous living room features a fireplace and beautiful sea and Mountain View’s with terrace.

The first floor has five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The large principal bedroom enjoys wonderful panoramic Mediterranean and mountain views and opens onto a large private terrace.

Beneath the main residence, a separate two-bedroom apartment has its own entrance and private parking for two cars.

As you enter the property from the street, you’ll find a generous parking area for up to six cars and a three-car garage. There is also a covered carport at the front of the property.

In one of the garages is a large water tank, with enough capacity to supply the whole house for up to two weeks. The water entering the house passes through a saltwater purification system.

The property is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens, with a private swimming pool and several gazebos providing shaded spots to relax. The setting offers a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity, with no overlooking neighbours.
