Villetta a schiera a Cuevas del Becerro, Costa del Sol

Cuevas de Becerro is a gorgeous village just a short drive from the historic town of Ronda and set in the most dramatic Andalusian scenery. The town is perfectly formed, so clean, has an amazing community spirit and benefits from beautiful parks, a stream and gorgeous public spaces. Only 55 minutes to malaga airport and the city. Ronda, with all the amenities of a city is only 20 minutes away.

"Casa del Carpintero" sits in what was the historic travelling theatre square. It has been lovingly reformed by the current owner to create a charming home.

The kitchen, living and dining room are open plan, with the benefit of a downstairs shower room and toilet. There is also a powerful pellet stove that heats the whole house. Even the staircases that link the 3 floors have unique tiled accents that add to the warmth and character of the house.

The second floor accommodates 2 bright bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The top floor has a large bedroom and a fully fitted utility room that opens onto the ample terrace.

The views over the square and mountainsides are breathtaking. You can sit here in the morning watching the world wake up and with a cocktail in the evening as the dusk settles over the landscape. A very romantic spot.

Cuevas de Becerro has become increasingly sought after in recent months. A competition by a Malaga architecture firm has people queuing up for the opportunity to live in the area.

Its proximity to Ronda makes this property an excellent investment, either as a full time abode, holiday rental or lock up and leave. The tourism rentals in this area have boomed in recent years, attracting holiday makers and cultural travellers alike.
