Penthouse – Benidorm, Costa Blanca

UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE PROBABLY THE LARGEST PENTHOUSE IN BENIDORM!

It is rare that properties of this size and quality come on the market, and this incredible penthouse really is one of a kind. Designed by the renowned Spanish architect Juan Guardiola Gaya and taking up the whole of the 24th floor, the apartment is crafted to make the most of the magnificent views. With large windows, floor-to-ceiling patio doors and views from every room you will not stop marvelling at the stunning sea, cityscape and mountain vistas.

Space and light are evident from the moment you step into the impressive entrance hall. The large, circular entrance features high ceilings and ornate coving, giving a taste of the luxury to come.

Pass into the living room and you will be immediately dazzled by the vistas of the sparkling Mediterranean, framed by patio doors and large windows. When you can tear yourself away from the views you will see just how impressive the living room is with 70m2 of space, polished marble floors and tasteful decor. A balcony off of the living room allows for outdoor dining or just relaxing and taking in the scenes of the city and sea way below. If you love entertaining, imagine the incredible parties you could have in this room.

Next, enter the large, independent kitchen which is fitted with granite work surfaces and top-of-the range appliances. The space is well-thought out and perfect for cooking enthusiasts or your private chef. Beautiful views across the city of Benidorm to the mountains are enjoyed from the kitchen window.

The penthouse boasts five bedrooms, all with stunning views of the sea, city or mountains. The master bedroom is the height of luxury. Being double-aspect the room is flooded with light and enjoys stunning sea views. A private balcony allows you to sit and really soak in the amazing location. This bedroom also features fitted designer wardrobes and a dressing room. Plus, there is an ensuite bathroom where you can soak in the jacuzzi bath while gazing out to sea.

The four other bedrooms are all good-sized doubles, some with ensuites. The apartment boasts a total of six bathrooms, with a choice of baths or showers.

Underground parking.

While the apartment works beautifully as an entire dwelling, given its size and the fact that there are two separate entrances it could easily be split into two apartments if desired. It is already possible to close one side from the other giving a more flexible living space.
