Penthouse – La Quinta, Costa del Sol

BrandNew Modern Three Bedroom Penthouse with Uninterrupted Panoramic Sea Views La Quinta, Benahavís

Commanding a privileged position overlooking the rolling landscape of La Quinta and the shimmering Mediterranean beyond, this brand-new, south-facing penthouse is a home defined by its outlook. Here, uninterrupted panoramic sea views form the heart of the living experience, stretching endlessly across the horizon and flooding the interiors with light from sunrise to sunset. The orientation ensures sunshine throughout the day, while the elevated vantage point captures both the dramatic natural scenery of La Quinta and the serene expanse of the sea. From the sitting room and designer kitchen to the master suite, generous terrace and even the bathroom, the panorama is ever-present — a mesmerising backdrop that shifts in colour and tone with the passing hours.

Inside, the residence has been completely reimagined with a bespoke interior design and full furniture installation, marrying contemporary sophistication with a sense of warmth. Commissioned artwork and handmade curtains lend individuality and refinement, while new fitted carpentry provides discreet, seamless storage. The main reception space is anchored by a feature-lit television wall with integrated surround sound, a striking focal point that perfectly balances modern design with everyday comfort.

At the heart of the home lies a German-designed kitchen, crafted with precision and fitted with a full suite of Siemens appliances, including a sleek Siemens venting hob. Wide new bi-fold doors dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, leading onto the expansive south-facing terrace, where a fully equipped outdoor kitchen sets the stage for al fresco dining, entertaining, or evenings spent gazing out across the Mediterranean.

The master suite is conceived as a sanctuary, where a dramatic freestanding bath has been purposefully positioned to embrace sweeping views of both sea and landscape. Each bathroom is completed with luxurious Italian tiling, underscoring the property’s refined aesthetic.

Beneath its beauty, this penthouse has been fully upgraded for modern living: a new Haier hot-and-cold air-conditioning system, a completely renewed electrical installation, integrated premium lighting and fixtures, and high-speed internet provide comfort and efficiency. Practical luxuries add further appeal, including a private covered parking space and a spacious 18 m² private storage room, ideal for lifestyle essentials, sports equipment, or seasonal belongings.
