Las Albercas apartment in the heart of Finca Cortesin Golf

Located within the prestigious domain of Finca Cortesin Golf, this elegant apartment offers an exceptional combination of tranquility, privacy and sophisticated living. Thanks to the elevated location on the ground floor, you enjoy a beautiful, open view, while having direct access to your outdoor areas.

The small boutique project only counts 35 apartments all together, spread out over 8 low rising blocks. Most apartments have their own private pool, but additionally there's also a shared social club with outdoor and indoor community pool, hammam, sauna and treatment rooms, all to Finca Cortesin standards, set in a 24h concierge service.

When entering the apartment, the warm, inviting atmosphere immediately stands out. The living area is spacious and light, with a seamless transition to the wide terrace that extends over the full width of the house. Both the living room and both bedrooms give out directly on this terrace, which creates a unique inside-out feeling.

The current owners originally designed the apartment for their own use and thought into the smallest details. This translates into a particularly harmonious layout, high-quality finishes and a feeling of comfort that you rarely find.

The open kitchen forms the heart of the house and is stylishly finished with warm wood accents. It combines aesthetics with functionality and is complemented by a separate laundry room and a practical pantry, ideal for extra storage and a perfectly organized living environment.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Everything is designed with an eye for comfort and privacy.

Outside there is a real asset: your own private pool, perfect to enjoy the sunny climate and the green golf set in peace. There is also a charming and cozy breakfast corner on the entrance side, ideal for a relaxing start of the day.

The apartment is partly furnished, leaving the character and atmosphere immediately intact. With a spacious living space of more than 50 m2 and an exceptionally spacious terrace, this property offers a rare feeling of space and luxury.

A rare opportunity for those looking for a stylish, ready-to-use residence in one of the most prestigious golf resorts in southern Spain.
