**Description and layout**

You enter the building through a staircase into the elegant central hallway, which is also accessible for people with reduced mobility thanks to the stair lift. From here you have access to the elevator and the well-maintained staircase. The apartment is located on the second floor. When exiting the elevator, you’ll find a beautifully enclosed corridor leading to your front door.

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a hallway with a bedroom and en-suite bathroom immediately to the right. Thanks to the patio, this room and its bathroom receive plenty of natural light. On the left-hand side, you’ll find a storage closet and a door leading to the laundry room, which also serves as an additional pantry. The hallway then opens into the spacious living room with an L-shaped open kitchen. The kitchen includes smart extras like additional drawers and a coffee corner. Sliding doors with pleated insect screens open onto the generously sized west-facing terrace. The terrace spans the full width of the apartment and features an awning, allowing you to enjoy shade throughout the day — reducing air-conditioning use in summer. The living room ceiling has three infrared heating panels to provide cozy warmth in winter.

Next to the kitchen, a door leads to the master bedroom, which also has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, black toilets, elegant bathroom furniture, and illuminated mirrors. In short: an ideal apartment for permanent living, holidays, or a sunny winter escape. > > **Extras** > > - The original concrete poured floor has been replaced by a high-quality PVC floor > - All kitchen appliances are by Bosch; the kitchen was also optimized for more practical storage > - Super silent Mitsubishi heating/cooling air-conditioning unit > - Additional infrared ceiling heating panels in the living room > - Unique separate laundry and storage spaces within the apartment — no need for kitchen washing setups > - Pleated insect screens throughout > - Brabantia foldable drying rack on the balcony > - Furniture optional > - Parking space and storage in the underground garage included > - Black window frames and shutters with HR++ glass and reinforced front door > - Handover upon agreement > > **Surroundings** > > If you’re looking for an idyllic place in Spain to relax and enjoy the sun, Formentera del Segura may be your perfect destination.
