Penthouse – Fuengirola, Costa del Sol

This south-facing penthouse in C. Dragonera, El Higueron is offered at €449,500 and provides 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 81 m² of interior living space and a substantial 78 m² terrace. Positioned on the second floor, the property combines a practical two-bedroom layout with sea and mountain views, a private parking space and access to established communal areas with two swimming pools and landscaped green spaces.

The interior is arranged around the main living areas and their connection with the large terrace, creating a clear relationship between indoor and outdoor space. With 78 m² outside compared with 81 m² inside, the terrace represents a significant part of the overall living environment and provides considerable scope for different outdoor zones. Its southern orientation supports this connection, while the sea and mountain views form the natural backdrop. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen provides the functional basis for everyday use alongside the principal living space.

The penthouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving the property a balanced configuration for both permanent and part-time use. The master bathroom has already been renovated, introducing an updated element within the private accommodation. The remaining interior offers an opportunity for a future owner to make further updates according to individual requirements, rather than presenting the home as a fully modernised property. This distinction gives the apartment a useful combination of immediately functional spaces and areas where a more contemporary interior expression could be introduced over time.

Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, while one private parking space is included with the property. Within the community, residents have access to two communal swimming pools and established green areas. These shared outdoor spaces complement the penthouse's own extensive terrace without replacing its private outdoor character. The overall configuration therefore combines an 81 m² interior with an unusually generous amount of terrace space, communal facilities and practical parking, while retaining the potential for selective interior updating.

El Higueron occupies the coastal area between Fuengirola and Benalmadena, providing a residential setting with access towards both towns and the wider Málaga coastline. From C. Dragonera, the property is positioned close to the beach and within reach of Málaga Airport, making the location practical for both everyday residence and regular travel. The combination of a south-facing position, sea and mountain views and substantial outdoor space gives this penthouse a clear identity within the area, while its existing condition leaves room for a new owner to develop a more contemporary interior over time.
