Upstairs there are 2 full bedrooms and a smaller 3rd bedroom and a full shared bathroom. The main bedroom has it's own private terrace and sea and golf views. From this level you have access to a large roof terrace which has water and electric connections. There is plenty of space for patio furniture and a barbecue, sink, outdoor fridge etc depending on how you wish to use the space and you have amazing sea, golf and countryside views. The property is in excellent condition throughout and has been meticulously maintained by the present owners. The community is secure and gated and the pools and gardens are immaculate.
