Fantastic investor opportunity!!

We are delighted, to bring to market this wonderful detached villa in El Faro, Mijas.

The villa, is set over two floors, both of which are independent of each other. The top half of the villa, you enter from the road level. In the upper part of the villa, you have a self contained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property including a fitted kitchen with appliances. There is a covered/enclosed terrace, which leads off the living room. Loads of light floods through the terrace windows, the views from here are to the forest and, when looking down; the large swimming pool.

The lower level of the villa (which you get to via the external stair case) was recently refurbished. A brand new fitted and fully equipped kitchen has been installed, and two new bathrooms fitted.

There are 4 bedrooms on this level of the villa and the master bedroom is very spacious, with a large en-suite bathroom.

From the breakfast bar and living area you have great views onto the pool and garden .

Some work must be done on the upper level of the property, as well as external painting and maintenance of the building, to bring the whole villa back to its prior glory.

This property is great for investors. Alternatively, the villa offers flexible living space for large families.
