Lägenhet på bottenvåning i Mijas, Costa del Sol

Step into a brand-new opportunity on the Costa del Sol. This recently completed apartment in Mijas—finished just last month—is now available for resale by its first owner, offering you the rare chance to own a pristine, never-lived-in home without the wait of off-plan construction.

The property features three well-proportioned bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, thoughtfully designed across 86 m² of interior space. A standout feature is the generous outdoor space, with approximately 39 m² of terraces divided between two areas—one at the front and one at the rear of the apartment, each around 20 m². This dual-aspect layout allows you to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day, creating ideal spots for relaxing, dining, or entertaining.

Set within a secure, contemporary urbanisation, residents enjoy 24-hour security along with excellent communal amenities, including a padel court and a football pitch—ideal for both active lifestyles and family living. The apartment also includes a private parking space and a dedicated storage room, adding practicality and convenience to everyday life.

As the apartment is being sold unfurnished and without kitchen appliances, it offers a blank canvas to design entirely to your taste. To help you envision its full potential, we’ve included high-quality rendered images that illustrate how beautifully the space can be transformed into a stylish and comfortable home.

Whether you're looking for a primary residence, a holiday retreat, or a smart investment, this turnkey new-build resale combines modern living with the flexibility to make it truly your own.
