STUNNING, FRONTLINE GOLF, GROUND FLOOR, THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT

A must-see, 155m2 built ground floor, three-bedroom apartment in a private and quiet complex, overlooking the 12th, 13th and 14th holes of Alhaurín Golf with two terraces! This is a unique opportunity to acquire one of the premier apartments in the community.

This cared for apartment is a true gem, is well planned and equipped, offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite is generous and has an equally impressive en-suite bathroom plus dressing area and enjoys direct access to the garden terrace overlooking the golf course.

Unusually, the kitchen is larger than is standard for the area and provides sufficient space for a dining table and chairs, an American fridge freezer and or more storage. From the kitchen you have direct access to the second dining terrace with immediate views of the award-winning communal pool and gardens, golf course and mountains beyond.

Of note is the generous lounge-dining room with windows to the left and to the front. Moving to the left-hand side of the room you are greeted by a sizeable and accommodating wrap around dining-lounge terrace with direct views of the golf course and Alhaurín mountain range. To the front, are views of the communal pool, gardens and long-distance views of Barranco Blanco and beyond.

The apartment is loved by the current, long terms owners and we are confident you will agree that the apartment presents well. The opportunity to enhance or leave as is will appeal to a wide range of buyers looking for an investment, long-term rental income, as a lock-up and leave holiday home or for permanent living.

Alhaurin Golf is well placed for Mijas, La Cala, Fuengirola, Malaga Airport, Marbella and beyond. There are several beaches and golf courses within a 20-minute drive and an extensive number of restaurants in the local vicinity. Alhaurin Golf itself was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and is deemed a true test of golf.

We highly recommend a viewing to take in the views, space and privacy afforded by this exceptional property. Sold part furnished. Includes private parking space
