Takvåning i Mijas, Costa del Sol

Charming Penthouse Retreat in the Heart of Mijas Pueblo — Panoramic Sea & Mountain Views Tucked away in the historic centre of Mijas Pueblo, this characterful top-floor home offers something rare: complete privacy with no neighbours above, and 360° views that stretch from the mountains to the Mediterranean.

Step inside and you're welcomed by whitewashed walls, traditional arches, and warm marble floors that speak to the building's authentic Andalusian roots. The glazed sunroom is the heart of the home — a bright, plant-filled space wrapped in windows, where the sofas invite you to sit back and take in sweeping views over the rooftops of the village, the surrounding hills, and the sea beyond. It's a room that changes character with the light throughout the day. The entire home is packed with genuine charm and character.

The two bedrooms are calm, comfortable retreats — one with garden views through timber-framed windows, the other featuring a cosy fireplace perfect for cooler evenings. Two full bathrooms complete the living space.

Upstairs you will find a private roof terrace, dotted with terracotta pots of cacti and agave, offering uninterrupted panoramic views over the village, the mountains, and the sea — arguably one of the best vantage points in Mijas Pueblo. Whether it's morning coffee or sundowners, this terrace delivers every time.
