Fristående villa i Sotogrande Costa, Costa del Sol

This fantastic villa in Sotogrande with an avant-garde style where a clay latticework that provides a double skin to the facade stands out. Housing of the highest quality and architectural excellence that will last and stand the test of time.

The plot is located in a fully consolidated area in Sotogrande Costa, being the only plot to be built in that area. The plot has 1268m2 of flat surface, a street front with 5 palm trees of 10 meters high and the garden and pool are facing south.

The street facade is facing north and has a wonderful view of the Estepona mountain. The villa incorporates a system of solar panels with batteries and aerothermal air conditioning that generate energy self-sufficiency in lighting of 90% and in air conditioning of 50%.

The villa is built basement, ground floor and second floor. We highlight its 6 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. The living room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen form a single space providing a great feeling of spaciousness. As an option the configuration of the living room can be changed by separating the kitchen with a partition.

The porch, with its 63m2, south facing and overlooking the garden and pool is designed to be the vital center of the house. The pool has a dry and a wet beach.

The basement houses a garage for two SUV-sized vehicles with independent access and a space that could be a third parking space or an area for a sports area, wine cellar or entertainment room.
