Takvåning i Benalmadena Costa, Costa del Sol

Set on one of Europe’s most photographed marinas, the islands of Puerto Marina are among the most instantly recognisable addresses on the Costa del Sol. Homes here are a rare gem and do not come to market often, and penthouses rarer still.

Presented in immaculate condition and excellently maintained by its owners, this impressive three bedroom penthouse duplex captures everything that makes the marina special. High ceilings and plenty of natural light give the home a wonderful sense of space, and the large living room opens onto an exquisite balcony with views across the yachts and sparkling water of the marina. Facing the morning sun, it is the perfect spot for breakfast and coffee as the marina comes to life below.

The entire top floor is given over to a magnificent primary suite with a large ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobes. The real feature here is its large private terrace, facing southwest for the evening sun, with direct access to the building’s wonderful communal pool, your own retreat with the pool just steps away.

On the first level, two further large double bedrooms share a family bathroom, and the separate, fully fitted kitchen sits alongside the spacious living and dining area. All three bedrooms are generous doubles, there is plenty of storage throughout, and air conditioning in every room keeps the home comfortable in every season.

From your front door in the heart of Benalmádena’s stunning marina, restaurants, bars and boutiques are moments away, with the beach, the promenade and Arroyo de la Miel all within easy reach, and Málaga airport around 15 minutes by car.
