Rare Penthouse in Calahonda - Private Lift, 117m² Terrace & Panoramic Sea-Facing Views

A rare opportunity on the Costa del Sol: this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom penthouse sits in one of Calahonda's most established gated developments, combining approximately 120m² of internal living space with 117m² of private terracing, a rare footprint for the area.

Unusually for the area, the property is accessed via a private lift opening directly into the apartment, providing a real sense of privacy from the moment you arrive.

The open-plan living and dining area is finished with cream marble flooring, a fireplace, and a built-in sound system. Large windows lead onto the south-facing terrace with panoramic views towards the sea.

Both bedrooms are generously sized and fully ensuite. The master suite has a bath and his-and-hers sinks, while the second bedroom's ensuite features a walk-in shower, also with his-and-hers sinks. There is also a separate guest WC.

The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted, with integrated appliances including a dishwasher and an American-style fridge freezer, plus a separate utility area.

The standout feature is undoubtedly the outdoor space: 117m² of combined front and rear terraces with a private jacuzzi, built-in BBQ, and outdoor shower, built for entertaining or simply making the most of the Costa del Sol climate.

The specification is equally strong, with hot and cold air conditioning, underfloor heating, double glazing, fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms, and fibre-optic internet. The property also includes a large underground parking space and two private storage rooms (trasteros).

The gated development itself offers two swimming pools, a gym, and well-maintained communal grounds, and the location is hard to beat: around 7 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to central Marbella, and 25 minutes to Málaga Airport.

Built in 2004 and owned by the same family since new, this penthouse is offered fully furnished and key ready to move in. A genuinely rare combination of private access, generous space, and outdoor living in one of Calahonda's most sought-after addresses.
