Takvåning i två plan i Benalmadena, Costa del Sol

Some homes are all about location, others about the views, the space or the interior. This duplex penthouse in Torrequebrada brings all of these together exceptionally well.

The beach is only around 600 metres away, while restaurants, cafés, shops and everyday services are all within walking distance. It is an ideal location for anyone who wants to enjoy the Costa del Sol lifestyle without having to take the car everywhere.

The property has been beautifully renovated and furnished with great style. Natural wood, light tones and modern details create an elegant yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like just a holiday apartment, but like a real home.

The heart of the lower floor is the bright and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Large windows fill the space with natural light and open up views towards the surrounding landscape.

Upstairs, there are three well-proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, while the hallway also offers a lovely little corner that could easily be turned into a home office or workspace. The apartment works equally well for a couple, a family or anyone who regularly has friends and family staying over.

And then there are the views.

The property has three private terraces, with west and southwest-facing views stretching across the Mediterranean, along the coastline and towards the surrounding mountains. The sunsets from the upper terrace are particularly beautiful, and the sea can be enjoyed from several of the terraces.

The property also comes with two underground parking spaces and a private storage room. The well-maintained gated community offers a swimming pool, gym, sauna and padel court.

Torrequebrada Golf is approximately 2.8 kilometres away, while international schools and the wider range of services in Benalmádena are also within easy reach.

This is a particularly attractive home for anyone looking for a stylish permanent residence or a high-quality second home by the Mediterranean – somewhere where the beach, great restaurants and everyday amenities are genuinely close at hand.
