Spacious South-Facing Apartment with Large Glazed Terrace near the Sea in Mijas Costa

Set in the established residential communityi in Mijas Costa, this spacious two-bedroom apartment combines generous proportions, an exceptionally large enclosed terrace and a convenient location within a short walk of the Mediterranean coast.

The property offers approximately 144 m² of built area, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, together with private underground parking and a storage room. Its south-facing position brings abundant natural light into the home and makes the extensive terrace particularly enjoyable throughout the year.

One of the most distinctive features of the apartment is its large glazed terrace, which extends across a substantial part of the property. Thanks to its generous dimensions, this area functions almost as an additional living space rather than a conventional balcony. It currently accommodates separate lounge and dining areas, with enough room to create different environments for relaxing, entertaining or enjoying meals with family and friends.

The glazing makes the terrace practical in different seasons while preserving the feeling of an outdoor space and the natural light associated with the apartment’s southern orientation. For buyers who value usable exterior space, this is one of the strongest advantages of the property.

Inside, the apartment features a comfortable living and dining room with marble flooring and direct connection to the terrace. The proportions allow clearly defined lounge and dining areas without compromising the sense of space.

The independent kitchen is practical and well equipped, with good storage and worktop space. It connects to a separate utility terrace used as a laundry area, keeping the practical elements of everyday living away from the main accommodation.

The property comprises two well-proportioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, together with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The overall layout makes the apartment equally suitable for permanent residence, a second home on the Costa del Sol or longer stays throughout the year.

Is an established residential development characterised by mature landscaped gardens and attractive communal areas. At the heart of the community is a large swimming pool surrounded by subtropical vegetation, lawns and relaxation areas. Water features and landscaped pathways contribute to the calm residential atmosphere of the complex.
