Top-Floor Penthouse Wrapped in Terrace, with Sea and Mountain Views Some penthouses have a terrace. This one is wrapped in one. A bright top-floor home, ready to move into, in a quiet and highly sought-after residential area, completely surrounded by private terrace with open views of the Mediterranean and the mountains. The living and dining room opens straight onto that terrace through large sliding doors. Light, comfortable, and with an elegant closed wood-burning fireplace behind a glass door — useful on cooler evenings, without smoke or smell in the room. The master bedroom has its own stretch of terrace. The second double bedroom is just as bright, and both have fitted wardrobes. Two full bathrooms, well kept. The kitchen is fully equipped and actually used: hob and oven are only a year old. The building has been looked after where it matters. The roof was recently renewed with six centimetres of insulation, so the flat holds its temperature and the energy bills notice. The air-conditioning units are low-consumption and recently replaced as well. A private underground parking space and a storage room are included. Outside, carefully kept gardens, a very large communal pool, a separate children’s pool and a tennis court. Community fees are low: €130 a month. Viewings are concentrated between 22 December and 1 January 2027. Contact us to book a slot that suits you within that period. Viewing highly recommended.
