Lägenhet på bottenvåning i Torrevieja, Costa Blanca

Are you looking for a property close to the Mediterranean with plenty of outdoor space, room for the whole family and everyday amenities right on your doorstep?

Then this lovely penthouse apartment in popular La Veleta is definitely worth a closer look. Just approx. 180 metres from the sea, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

The apartment is located on the second floor and offers 3 good-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom.

The living room is bright and spacious, with plenty of room for both a dining area and a comfortable lounge area. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to enter, and from the living room there is direct access to a lovely terrace with views towards the Mediterranean Sea.

The separate kitchen offers plenty of cupboard and worktop space. Next to the kitchen is a practical utility patio, where both the water heater and washing machine are located.

The master bedroom also has direct access to the terrace, and from here an external staircase leads up to one of the property's absolute highlights – the impressive private roof terrace of approx. 80 m². Up there is plenty of space to enjoy life under the Spanish sun. The terrace offers endless possibilities for creating different areas with, for example, a dining table, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The large pergola provides the option of creating both shade and shelter when needed, and there is also a practical storage room.

And then there is the view.

From the roof terrace, you can enjoy fantastic views across the surrounding area, Torrevieja and, of course, the blue Mediterranean Sea. It is the perfect setting for everything from your morning coffee in the sunshine to long evenings with family and friends.

The apartment has air conditioning for both cooling and heating, making it comfortable to use all year round. The property also includes a private parking space in the underground garage beneath the complex.

The apartment is part of the gated residential complex El Real de La Veleta II, which consists of a total of 66 apartments and was built in 2005. The complex is attractive and well maintained, and in 2023 it was repainted and the communal areas were renovated. At the heart of the complex, you will find a lovely communal pool area surrounded by palm trees and plenty of space around the pool to relax and enjoy the Spanish climate.
