Takvåning i La Alcaidesa, Costa del Sol

The Penthouse at Alcaidesa Homes, being Resold.

This penthouse was marketed by the developer as the iconic unit within the development of Alcaidesa Homes. It's 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 131m2 built, with 131m2 further of uncovered terrace.

South East Orientation, and wonderful sea & Gibraltar views. This unit sits in one of the most forward blocks and looks over the properties below towards the sea. The development is a short walk to the incredible Hacienda Links Golf Course where you can play either the iconic Links course or the challenging Heathland Course. Alcaidesa is a golfer's paradise. Furthermore, its a short walk down hill to access the new Fairmont Hotel should you wish to dine out, or another 10 mins further to take the tunnel under the fairway to the beach.

The pricing of this specific unit undercuts all new 3 bedroom penthouses in the area, simply because the seller bought right at the start of the launch phase. You also pay transfer tax not IVA as this is a resale.

The penthouse comes with a huge, lockable, double parking space underground.

This is an opportunity to buy the best unit at the development and a very fair price.
