Las Palmeras is a small established community of three two storey blocks of just 27 apartments situated a few minutes’ walk from absolutely everything you could need, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, dry cleaners, taxis, bus stop and the Riviera Sports Club with tennis, padel and gym. However for those that want tranquillity do not worry this little gated community is nestled in a tranquil area just on the outskirts of everything. Set within it’s well cared for gardens and large pool, there is a covered pergola where residents can sit in the shade and take their own BBQ’s if they wish. In addition there are two WC’s and two exterior showers. There is always plenty of off road parking available even in the height of Summer. A small entry lobby opens out to the small fully equipped kitchen and the open plan lounge dining room. The lounge has an open fireplace and leads onto the terrace through the original sliding glass doors where there is a built-in BBQ with chimney. The terrace has been enclosed by the owner with another set of sliding glass doors.

The lounge and bedrooms have aircon and the bedrooms also have overhead fans. One bedroom has double doors opening to a Juliette Balcony.

Both bedrooms have ample storage with large built-in wardrobes.

The kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom windows were renewed a year ago. The windows have security blinds.
