Farmland - Warehouse - 13 bedrooms - 2 living rooms - 1 kitchen - office - 2 terraces - olive trees - almond trees The land has an area of 360,000m2, of which 20,000m2 are fenced, and the rest is farmland. There are three buildings. The main building consists of 1,173 m2 built, spread over three floors, semi-basement, ground floor and first floor. On the same plot we find a hermitage completely restored on the outside, it would be necessary to restore the interior. Finally, the farm also has a 500 m2 building that is currently used to store the farm's machinery.

The main building, which is divided into two floors plus the semi-basement floor, is oriented to the northeast and is planned to have 13 large bedrooms, with their respective built-in wardrobes and bathrooms, a number that could be increased by transforming some of the spaces of the property. In addition, the property would have two large living rooms, two kitchens, three storage rooms, an office and two covered terraces with spectacular views. The farm is destined to develop a rural business with its respective restaurant. In fact, the complex has a favorable report from the town hall to obtain the necessary permits and authorisations to become a fantastic rural business. It also has hunting grounds which could be another business!

Outside, in the fenced area, we find a lush garden with trees and natural grass. The cultivation area is a large area with olive and almond plantations, with a production of 15,000kg and 20,000kg respectively per harvest. The farm has natural spring water and a small pond.

The hermitage is a large building separate from the main one that has an open space of about 100 m2, used mainly for storage. This space could also be included in the rural hotel or used to carry out any activity related to a rural hotel.

The farm is located in a privileged environment surrounded by several towns of high interest in rural tourism and very close to towns of great tourist interest such as Alcoy and Alicante.
