Some novels need to be read at a certain age, in a specific mood, and in the right context and atmosphere—not before, not after—in order to fully enjoy them and grasp their nuances. This is exactly what has happened with this project.

The project you now see before you had already been in our minds many years ago, but for different reasons, the right moment had not yet arrived. Over time, it has incorporated elements and improvements that have enriched what was once only an idea. After this necessary process of maturation, we now see it become a reality of which we are tremendously proud.

For us, living means appreciating and being part of the environment that surrounds us, for that is as important as the very cement that binds together the elements of a home. When we chose the name of this project and the green and pink colors, it was because we were fully aware that the stunning views of the Salada salt lake and the lemon trees are, in fact, one of the main values of these homes.

Bright white houses, filled with natural light, clearly inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle. At the same time, every detail has been carefully considered, even those not immediately visible, such as the materials and high-quality finishes used in construction—a reflection of our 30 years of experience building homes.

The semi-detached villas stand out at first sight for the perfect balance achieved through the combination of pure, minimalist lines with softer, organic forms—elegant and refined. On the terrace you can enjoy meals with family and friends, sunbathe, and refresh yourself in the included 10 m² swimming pool.

You will have the privilege of living in an exclusive residential complex with spacious communal areas: gardens, a garden-gym, playground, and of course, two large communal swimming pools—one for adults and the other for children.

Ultimately, we offer you the opportunity to live the Mediterranean lifestyle and make it entirely yours. Because if we look closely, this development has nearly everything to become a small paradise with views of your new life.
