Fifth-Floor Apartment on Avenida Ricardo Soriano – Marbella

Some addresses in Marbella need no introduction. Avenida Ricardo Soriano is one of them: the city’s main thoroughfare, shops and cafés at street level, the old town and the sea a short walk away. This apartment sits on the fifth floor of one of Marbella’s iconic buildings, facing south-west, with a lift and a terrace that catches the afternoon light.

One hundred and twenty square metres, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, marble underfoot and a kitchen with real room to work in. Fitted wardrobes throughout, a storage room and a garage space included in the price.

Built in 2003, heated by natural gas, and used only for holidays — so it has been lived in gently and kept in good condition. No heavy daily wear. You could move in and make it your own without a full renovation.

The building has a garden and exterior access adapted for reduced mobility. You leave the car in the garage and walk: beach, old town, restaurants, everything that makes central Marbella worth living in.

A lock-up-and-leave home on one of the best streets in town — for living, for weekends, or as an address that will always be easy to let.
