HISTORIC TOWN PALACE WITH PRIVATE CAVE RETREAT & LOUNGE POOL IN THE HEART OF COÍN

Step into a sheltered sanctuary of peace and elegance, hidden behind the centuries-old walls of a beautifully renovated town palace. In the vibrant heart of Coín, rich history meets the highest Northern European building standards. Featuring high ceilings, characteristic Andalusian arches that flood the interior with natural light, and foundations dating back hundreds of years, this home feels like a best-kept secret. As soon as the front door closes, the thick ancient walls leave the energy of town life outside, inviting you into a wonderfully relaxed and sheltered atmosphere. Between 2020 and 2024, the property was completely stripped, refined, and furnished with unrelenting precision by its Northern European owners. Materials were chosen not just for how they look, but above all for how they feel. Every detail exudes quality. The house is sold fully furnished, and all bedrooms feature individual air conditioning units for both cooling and heating — making it completely move-in ready.

THE GROUND FLOOR: LIGHT, WARMTH, AND CONNECTION

From the spacious entrance hall, step into a modern living room on the left featuring a cozy wood-burning stove and a generous open-plan kitchen — the place where daily life effortlessly unfolds. Directly adjacent to the living room lies the internal garage, offering the exciting potential to easily integrate this space and substantially expand the main living area. On the same floor lies a spacious multifunctional room (currently used as a bedroom lounge) with a pellet stove and its own private bathroom; large and comfortable enough to serve as a home office, day lounge, or full bedroom. Just a few steps further, you enter the secluded, green courtyard patio complete with a built-in BBQ structure. Right in the town centre, enjoy your morning coffee here in the sun, while the same space transforms in the evening into an atmospheric setting for relaxed BBQ evenings with friends and good wine as town life gently continues outside.

THE CAVE RETREAT: A UNIQUE & CHARACTERFUL LIVING SPACE

Beneath the patio lies the oldest and most fascinating level of the property: a full-fledged living floor carved directly into the rock, known in Andalusia as a cueva (cave dwelling). Far from a dark basement, this is a fully independent living space made moisture-resistant thanks to recent resin injection treatments. The natural rock keeps the temperature delightfully cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter. With its own private street entrance as well as access via the patio, this level offers complete privacy. It features a stylish lounge with a kitchenette, a bright bedroom, a spacious bathroom, a massage area, and a sitting area that easily transforms into an extra bedroom. The absolute centerpiece is the generous lounge pool: larger than a hot tub and perfect for cooling off when the Spanish sun glows, or warming up as the evenings turn cooler.
