Frittstående villa i Orba, Costa Blanca

Experience the charm of this unique townhouse, crafted with exceptional taste and rustic materials sourced locally as well as from Africa. From its manually made clay pavement to its stunning façade adorned with exposed clay bricks, every detail exudes character and quality. Spanning three floors, this property boasts a ground floor featuring a picturesque old wooden entrance door leading to a spacious living-dining room with a spectacular fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining area with a wood stove fireplace, a bedroom, and a shower-equipped bathroom complete this level. Step outside to discover a delightful patio adorned with plants, fruit trees, and a beautiful well. At the back of the patio, a separate building serves as a summer kitchen and storage room. Ascend the internal staircase adorned with a beautiful wooden railing imported from Morocco to access the first floor, which comprises four double bedrooms, each with its own balcony and built-in solid wood wardrobes. Additionally, there's a large bathroom with a double sink and a separate shower room, as well as a central dressing room with three large closets. The second floor offers a spacious open room, a laundry room, and a terrace boasting breathtaking views of the mountains and the charming town of Orba. With its considerable potential, this property could serve as a private residence or be transformed into a Rural Accommodation House. There's even room to create two additional bedrooms on the second floor. Ideally situated on a tranquil street yet close to Orba's center and all amenities including restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and banks, this property offers convenience and serenity. Moreover, it's just a 15-20 minute drive from the beaches of Dénia and a short distance from Ondara, home to one of the largest shopping centers in the area, with easy access to the AP-7 connecting directly to the cities of Alicante and Valencia. Orba is a popular town with a vibrant local community and many British, German and Dutch inhabitants. It is famous for its alternative school, Ojo de Agua, which recently announced its closure. However, there are still many small forest-style school projects within a short drive from this house.
